REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cash refund will not be possible under any circumstances.
2. Customer can purchase gold or silver articles only as per the pre-closure format of gold saving plan.
3. Once the gold saving card is issued cancellation of the scheme is not possible.
